This contribution is not about Maltese however, I feel that it is worth mentioning here.  Anyone looking to acquire a Prague Ratter puppy with no papers of pedigree please be aware of Mrs. Novotna from Beroun.  This lady knowingly sells sick dogs and does not even have the decency to answer her mobile phone or reply to e-mails when confrunted with a complaint a few days later.  Clearly, she has no intention of handling any claims such as refunds, etc., and may possibly be a re-seller.
